How Concurrent Enrollment Students Can Be Approved for Non-Concurrent Enrollment Classes

  1. Have the student turn in all necessary paperwork to you and place them on the approved student list with the Aims High School Programs Office.
    1. Once the student is on that list, any hold on their account will be removed unless the student owes Aims money or is not in good academic standing.
    2. Homeschooled students paying for courses on their own must complete all the onboarding steps in their Workday account to resolve holds before they can register.
  2. Make sure the student has a current Aims application on file (if they are currently taking courses, their application is up-to-date).
  3. Have the student set up and log in to their myAims student portal. If they need help with this, they can call the IT Help Desk at (970) 339-6380.
  4. Have the student activate and use their @aims.edu email account when communicating with Aims staff or instructors.
