Career Pathways

Careers within the Agricultural Science Pathway focus on the production, processing, marketing, distribution, financing and development of plant and animal products. Students explore hands-on practices in crop and livestock production and management, food systems, and farm and ranch management. Some highlighted programs include agriculture business, soil and crop science, agricultural education and horticulture.

Agricultural Science Pathway Degrees and Certificates

The Arts, Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences Pathway engages students in creative expression, cultural understanding and teaching. Students gain a strong academic foundation in liberal arts while exploring careers in education, communication, the arts, and social sciences. Some highlighted programs include Early Childhood and Elementary Education, English, Psychology, Sociology, and visual and performing arts. This team advises associate of arts transfer degrees. 

Arts, Humanities Education and Social Sciences Pathway Degrees and Certificates

The Business, Industry and STEM Pathway prepares students for careers in business management, entrepreneurship, engineering and skilled trades. Coursework combines practical training with critical thinking and innovation, with programs including accounting, computer information systems, marketing and management, welding and industrial technology. Students build real-world skills to lead, create and problem-solve across diverse industries. This team also advises the associate of science transfer degree programs. 

Business, Industry and STEM Pathway Degrees and Certificates

Careers in the Health & Human Services Pathway focus on allied health, nursing, behavioral health and public health. Coursework helps students develop clinical, communication and service skills to improve individual and community well-being. Some highlighted programs include nursing, radiologic technology, surgical technology, medical clinical assistant and medical front office.

Health and Human Services Degrees and Certificates

The Public Safety and Transportation Pathway prepares students for essential careers in law enforcement, emergency response, and transportation technology. Through programs like Criminal Justice, Fire Science, EMT, Automotive, and Aviation, students gain the hands-on skills crucial for success in public safety, transportation operations, and complex vehicle and aircraft systems.
