Ready to plan your next steps? The best way to schedule an advising appointment is to reach out to your assigned Student Success Coach. They are available for both in-person and online meetings.
Before you book, please complete these three steps:
- Onboard: Complete your Workday onboarding steps.
- Watch: View the helpful tips and videos on the Before Your Advising Appointment webpage.
- Review: Take a look at the Advising Syllabus. We will review this during our appointment and it will help guide our partnership roles and responsibilities.

Need Help Fast? Drop-Ins Are Year Round
Have a quick question? See your coach's drop-in times below. Drop-ins are limited to 15 minutes, first come, first served.
Drop-Ins Are Great For:
- Quick, non-complex questions
- Emergency situations
- Quick schedule adjustments (drop, course canceled, withdraw)
- Clarifying academic policies
Drop-Ins Are Not For:
- New Students
- Academic planning or course selection
- Registration planning or support
- Probation or suspension re-entry
- Career guidance
Note that in some cases, an entire degree/certificate program may not be available on every campus.
