Forms

Completed forms can be returned to the Registration Office on any campus unless noted below. All forms must be sent from the student's Aims email address.

  • Late Drop or Withdraw

    If you have extenuating circumstances that have caused you to miss the drop or withdrawal deadlines, you may fill out this form to request a late drop or withdrawal from your class(es). This is not a tuition appeal and in the case of an approved administrative withdrawal, will not result in a tuition refund.

  • Pending Tuition Classification

    If your tuition classification is “pending,” you can fill out this form and return it to the Registration and Records Office on any campus for reclassification by the first day of the semester in which you intend to enroll. You will remain responsible for paying your student account based on the out-of-state rate until your Colorado residency is determined.

  • Audit a Course

    If you would like to audit a course, please fill out this form and have your instructor sign it.

  • CSU Coop

    Full-time CSU students can qualify for up to one course (five credit hours) for free per the Cooperative Agreement between Aims and CSU. Forms can be printed, completed and submitted at time of registration. Scanned completed forms are accepted by email to cashier@aims.edu (make sure the form is signed; non-completed forms will not be accepted). Learn more about the CSU Cooperative Agreement.

  • UNC Coop

    Full-time UNC students can qualify for up to one course (five credit hours) for free per the Cooperative Agreement between Aims and UNC.   • Fresh Start

    You may attempt to improve your overall GPA by eliminating all previous coursework from the GPA calculation. To be eligible, you must be returning to Aims from an absence of two calendar years or longer. More details are on the second page of the petition.

    All students must apply to graduate for any degrees or certificates earned in order to be posted to a student's official record. Please apply even if you do not plan on participating in the graduation ceremony.

  • Change Your Contact Info

    Use this form to change your name. Return it to the Registration and Records Office on any campus. Address, phone number, and personal email address updates for current students can be made through your MyAims account.

  • Minor Parents

    Applicants under the age of 18 must sign a copy of this form and submit it to the Registration and Records Office to complete enrollment to Aims Community College.

    If you are classified as out-of-state for tuition classification purposes and believe you qualify for in-state tuition, complete this form and include supporting documentation.

  • Student Records Release

    In compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulation 34 C.F.R. part 99.30, the disclosure of information from a student's education record requires the parent or eligible student to provide signed and dated written consent before Aims Community College discloses personally identifiable information from the student's education records, except as provided in section 99.31.

  • Veterans In-State Petition

    This form is used for Honorably Discharged Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard) who are not members of the Colorado National Guard and who are making Colorado their permanent home, but do not yet qualify for in-state tuition as one-year residents of Colorado.

  • WUE

    f you are a resident of one of 14 western states, you are eligible to apply to participate in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program. WUE students pay reduced tuition rates that are equal to one and one-half times the normal in-state rates instead of the out-of-state rates.
