Students

You must be a current Aims student and show a valid photo ID to check out a laptop, tablet or hotspots. Devices are reserved for checkout on a first come, first served basis and a staff member will contact you once your reserved materials are available. Laptops, hot spots, calculators, and other items are available for short term usage or for semester long check-out.

All hotspots are made available by Verizon services, please double check to make sure it will work in your area.

To check out reserve textbooks, please visit the Learning Commons during our open hours. You can browse available textbooks here. Please note that the Learning Commons does not provide eTextbooks or course codes. You can also contact us with any textbook related questions or requests. Phone: 970-339-6458. Textbooks can be borrowed for three hours or for one week.  Textbook borrowing is on a first come, first serve basis.  Please remember that borrowing a textbook from the Learning Commons is a stop-gap method for students who are waiting for their textbook to arrive.
