The Cashier’s Office manages tuition and fees for Aims Community College and ensures students have a positive experience paying for college by providing guidance and clear processes. 

Students who have questions about tuition and fees, need assistance paying or signing up for a MyPaymentPlan can contact our office for assistance.

Payment Deadlines

Fall 2025 Semester- Coming soon TBD

Summer 2025 Semester 

  • Monthly service fee assessment
    • July 7, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.
    • August 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE: By 11:59 p.m. August 21: 

  • Summer 2025 balances must reflect a balance of $200.00 or less  
  • Spring 2025 and all prior semesters must be paid in full.

If the above conditions are not met, you may be dropped from ALL fall 2025 class registrations. Don't let your fall classes be dropped. 

  • August 22, 2025 - Registration holds on all accounts with Summer 2025 balance of $201 and greater.  
    • Balance must be paid to $200.00 or less for holds to be released.  
  • March 1, 2026 - All outstanding Summer 2025 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

Spring 2025 Semester

  •  All High school program students with spring balances have been placed on registration holds. Fall 2025 registration not permitted until balance is paid in full
  • Registration holds on all accounts with Spring 2025 balance of $201 and greater.  
    • Balance must be paid to $200.00 or less for holds to be released. 
    • If you owe a balance of $200.00 or less, you have until August 21st to pay the balance in full.  

      Final payment deadline is Aug 21, 2025. If not paid in full, ALL fall 2025 class registrations will be dropped.  

  • October 1, 2025 - All outstanding Spring 2025 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

Fall 2024 Semester

  • July 1, 2025 - All outstanding fall 2024 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.
