The Cashier’s Office manages tuition and fees for Aims Community College and ensures students have a positive experience paying for college by providing guidance and clear processes. 

Students who have questions about tuition and fees, need assistance with paying, or need to sign up for a MyPaymentPlan can contact our office for assistance.

Payment Deadlines

Current-  Spring 2026 Semester

PAYMENT DEADLINES: 

  • Monthly service fee assessment (next business day)
    • March 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4) to avoid monthly service fees.
    • April 6, 2026, 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4) to avoid monthly service fees.
    • May 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4) to avoid monthly service fees.

If you plan on attending Summer 2026: (students must meet all conditions listed below otherwise any summer registrations will be dropped on May 21)

  • Must have any Fall 2025 balance paid in full. 
  • Spring 2026 balance must be at a total balance of $200.00 or less. (Students in flight aviation with aircraft are excluded)

October 1, 2026 - All outstanding Spring 2026 accounts are due in full or must be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

Fall 2025 Semester

Payment plans are available online in Workday. 

May 20, 2026: FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE- Due in full if you plan on attending Summer 2026 semester

  • July 1, 2026 - All outstanding Fall 2025 accounts are due in full or must be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

Summer 2025 Semester 

Summer 2025 balances are due in full if you plan on registering for any upcoming classes.  

Payment plans are available in Workday. Note: Being on a payment plan does not release registration holds or prevent any class registrations from being dropped for upcoming semesters

  • March 1, 2026 - All outstanding Summer 2025 accounts are due in full or must be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

If you owe for any semester not listed above, contact our office for assistance to discuss the account
