Kristie Skala, Aims Community College’s professor of Emergency Medical and Paramedic Services, was honored as the 2025 EMS Instructor of the Year by the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council.

Comedian Mimi Hayes to Perform at Aims Community College in Greeley

Comedian Mimi Hayes will perform at Aims on March 4. The event is free and open to the public. Aims Student Accessibility Services is hosting the show to raise awareness of Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Month.

Comedian and Activist to Tackle Brain Injuries at Aims show

Disability activist and comedian Mimi Hayes will help Aims Community College put a spotlight on traumatic brain injury with a live performance in March. 4. Hayes, a Colorado native and a traumatic brain injury survivor herself, said her comedy is rooted in a life-changing medical crisis
