Students may be eligible for refunds of fees during their college enrollment, including financial aid, dropped classes, overpayments, and other fees. Aims partners with Heartland ECSI, to offer the RefundSelect program, which allows students to receive refunds via direct deposit or a paper check.

Students will receive an email about RefundSelect sign up with their Heartland key code within 60 days before the new semester begins for new students. Follow the Get Started steps to complete the one-time setup.
To choose how you want to receive your money, log in to MyAims and click on the "Tuition & Fee Payment" link. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage for the RefundSelect link. Log in with your Heartland login and update your Delivery method. Do this by the beginning of the semester, or your refund may be issued via paper check automatically.
Aims processes refunds regularly, and RefundSelect will send you an email when they process the refund via your chosen method.
