Carter is currently a student majoring in General Mathematics at Colorado State University. Algebraic Topology and Functional Analysis are his main academic interests, and he is passionate about Mathematics education and outreach.
Carter has been tutoring students formally since 2014, starting as a mentor for the I Have A Dream foundation in Boulder, CO. Carter has been empowering AIMS/ECA students to be successful in STEM classes as a Professional Tutor since 2020, and plans to continue that work as a Mathematics Educator.
