The Information Technology Department is committed to providing technology services and support that enable Aims Community College to achieve its educational mission and strategic goals.
The following support and services are provided by this department:
Provides computer internal software (e.g. Aims Online, Banner, and myAims) as well as support and email services to campuses.
Provides computer hardware, computer software, campus internet, and phone services support.
The mission of the Information Security team is to ensure a safe computing environment for the college community. This mission is achieved through risk reduction and securing information assets under its stewardship against unauthorized use, disclosure, modification, damage or loss.
At the Service Center, also known as Web Help Desk, Aims students, staff and faculty can get the technological support they require to be able to work and learn.

Students who need D2L Technical Support can get help through the Online Campus department.

User-friendly platform for business operations and student systems at Aims.
Aims employees can use Avaya Cloud Office to make and receive phone calls from a computer, or on a personal mobile phone.
